HOURS OF OPERATION	Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 8:00 pm E.S.T. Orders will be placed within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed on Friday after 5:00 pm, or on Saturday or Sunday will not be ordered until the following business day.

OPEN ACCOUNTS
Many dealers have established credit with SPX Miller Special Tools and are on "open" account basis. If you desire credit with our company, send bank references and the name and address of two additional creditors. Net 30 days.

CHARGES TO PARTS ACCOUNT
Special Service Tools may be charged to the Dealer Parts Account.

TAXES
State and local sales and/or use tax will be added to order if applicable.

PRICES ARE NET
Due to our method of distribution, we have eliminated additional cost of local distributors and salesmen. Therefore, all prices are net and subject to change without notice.

F.O.B. SHIPPING POINT
All tool shipments will be made F.O.B. Owatonna, Minnesota. Shipment will be made by the method you specify. Normal methods include United Parcel Service, Parcel Post or UPS Air.

Next-Day Shipping If your order has been received after 2:30 p.m. EST, it will be scheduled to ship the next business day.

Returned/Repaired Goods Policy
Returns may be made upon request and a credit issued if product is in saleable condition. Returns must call 1-800-801-5420 for a return number.

All returns must be received within 30 days of invoice date to avoid a restocking fee.

Any return received after 30 days of the invoice date is subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Returns will not be credited after 90 days of invoice date.

All goods returned to SPX Miller Special Tools for any reason must be shipped PREPAID.

Please make all claims for SHORTAGES and DAMAGES within ten (10) days from invoice date. CLAIMS after this period may not be honored.

Return/Repair processing requires two (2) copies of the original invoice and/or pack slip. One (1) on the outside of the package and one (1) with the product inside.

Drop shipped items should be returned directly to the manufacturer. Please call our Customer Service Department for instructions on how to return drop shipped items (1-800-801-5420).

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If a shipment is received at destination in damaged condition (tools lost or broken) the carrier is responsible. Place a claim against the carrier and notify our office.

All product is priced in US dollars. Product on this website is available for purchase in the United States only.
